What will I get when I order?
All photographs are printed on Kodak or Fuji paper at a Professional Photographic Lab from the original negative.
I will choose a complimentary colored mat board (or tell me what color you would like) to enhance your print, and attach the image to a backing board with photo corners. When you receive your print, it will be ready to slip into your favorite frame. All Photographic prints and mat boards are of archival quality materials, meaning that they are protected from fading or changing colors; But please don't hang your photograph in a place that receives direct sunlight! No photograph is impervious to the sun over time!

If you purchased an already Framed image, rest assured that it will arrive professionally matted, mounted, glassed and framed, and ready to hang!
I even include the wall hook and nail!

How do I order?
It is very easy to order at Images By Deidre. I have done my best to provide you with the best interface possible. If this is your first time buying with me, you'll want to add the images that you want to purchase to your shopping cart, and when you have everything added, proceed to checkout. After you review your shopping cart, you can enter your billing and shipping information on our secure order form.

How do I pay and is it safe to use my Credit Card?
Paypal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover cards for all orders. It is 100% safe to order using your credit card. You may also send me a Money Order or Cashiers Check as payment, made out to Deidre Heindl.
Money Orders and Cashiers Checks can be mailed to the address on the Contact page.

How much is Shipping?
All orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail are at no additional charge.
If you need your Photo very quickly, it can be sent via UPS Overnight or Second Day Air for a charge of $15.00.

How long will it take to get my order?
You should receive the order within 7-14 business days. You will receive a notification as soon as your order ships to you.

What is your Return Policy?
I will gladly exchange or refund items that are returned to me within 30 days of purchase. Please notify me as soon as you notice any problem!

How do I return a print?
Returning a print is simple. Send the print back with your invoice. If you no longer have your invoice or for some reason you no longer have it, please enclose a note with your full name, address and daytime phone number. Please let me know if you would like another print in exchange or a refund for the cost of the item. There are no additional shipping charges on exchanged items.

All returns must be received in original condition and you are responsible for ensuring that I receive the print.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
If the product you received was damaged or incorrect, please send the item back with a note explaining what was wrong, and if you would like an exchange or a refund. If you have any questions or problems please email info@imagesbydeidre.net

How long does it take to receive a refund?
   Once the return is processed, a credit card refund can take up to 10 days to appear on your account.

Unfortunately, I am not trained in veterinary care or rehabilitation of animals. If you have questions regarding the health of your animal, or an animal that you have found, please contact your local Veterinarian or Animal Refuge/Wildlife Rehabilitation Center.
